Nashville TV Series Needs Extra This Friday

My name is Tina Kerr and I am the Extras Casting Director for the ABC Television series “Nashville”, currently filming in the Nashville area.
We have a very large concert scene starring our lead actresses Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere that will be filming this Friday – February 22nd at our Production Sound Stages and we are inviting fans of the show to come out and participate as Volunteer audience members. We are hoping that you are able to help us spread the word about this exciting opportunity for the public to be involved in the show. Any assistance you can provide in getting the word out would be greatly appreciated.
Below are details about the event and how to register:
Nashville, TN – The hit ABC Television series “Nashville” is looking for fans of the show to participate as volunteer extras in concert sequence scenes.
FANS of “NASHVILLE” are INVITED TO FILL our Sound Stage Arena for Concert Scenes – NASHVILLE, TN. **This is NOT a PAID Opportunity. You will be volunteering your time
–Can’t commit to a full 12+ hour day of Extra work but still want to participate?? Weren’t able to get booked in one of our full day paid Extra spaces? Want to bring friends to set with you but they aren’t in the OLC database? Booked for work with us but want your friends/family to be able to come to set too?–
**HERE is your chance to participate as a Volunteer Concert Audience!!** **NEW CONCERT – NEW SONG!!**
Compensation: Participants will not be compensated, but there will be giveaways and prizes awarded throughout the day

Concert Performances by ‘Rayna Jaymes’ (Connie Britton) and ‘Juliette Barnes’ (Hayden Panettiere)
Random giveaways may include “Nashville” limited edition logo items and other cool memorabilia! Prizes may include digital cameras, gift certificates for local restaurants and businesses, Wii game console, iPods, “Nashville” CDs & DVDs and many other great items!
When: FRIDAY – FEBRUARY 22nd, 2013 from 10:00am – 6:00pm
Where: “Nashville” Sound Stages – Brick Church Park Dr. (*Registration REQUIRED to receive exact location address!)
Who: Event participation is open to anyone 18 years old and over (NO MINORS unfortunately). It is not necessary to be in the OLC talent database so please feel free to pass this opportunity along to your friends, family, co-workers!
WHAT TO EXPECT: During filming you will be asked to follow various instructions given by the Assistant Directors which may include: cheering, applauding, singing along to performance and from time to time moving around the arena. You will be asked to act naturally as you would in a concert setting. During breaks in filming there will be an MC to let you know what is going on, entertain you and give away prizes. Simply bring a great attitude and get ready for loads of fun!
