TENNESSEE-MADE “88:88″ – TOP TEN YOUTUBE FINALIST

TN indie heading to Venice..

88:88, a short film by Nashville filmakers Joey Ciccoline and Sean Wilson, has been selected as one of ten finalists in YouTube’s Your Film Festival.

The film will be shown at Venice International film festival being judged by a grand jury including Ridley Scott and Michael Fassbender. In addition to their film being viewed they have the opportunity to pitch another idea and win $500,000 to create more content for YouTube with help from Scott and Fassbender.

88:88 was shown at the Nashville Film Festival and has already been an official selection of the Palm Springs International ShortFest, the Maryland Film Festival, the LES Film Festival in New York City, Spain’s FANT Bilboa festival and Canada’s CFC Worldwide Short Film Festival, with more festivals to come.  The filmmakers are grateful for the support shown by all of those who voted them into the finals.
