*If you would like to volunteer for a shift, but the time is not exactly coinciding with your personal schedule, please contact us, and we will work to see if we can be more flexible.

Training sessions are Saturday, Apr. 10 at 10 AM OR Monday, Apr 12 at 6 PM at the Regal Green Hills Movie Theaters downstairs. Your attendance at one session is required. It will last less than 1 hour.

During your shift, you may be asked to perform any of the following duties, as needed:

Box Office Sales – General ticket sales and will-call tickets
Volunteer Check-In – Distribute materials, T-shirts, confirm job assignments
Hospitality Tent – Food service, hospitality tent organization, check credentials, clean up
Usher – direct audience to proper theater, tear tickets, light sweeping and clean-up

I understand that NaFF will try to accommodate my shift/job preferences and dates requested but may not be able to do so. I will notify NaFF as soon as possible if my individual schedule, as indicated above, changes.

Special Events Help: During the course of the festival, we will have several receptions/parties that will require volunteer help. Among these events are assembling gift bags (4/8), the Patron (4/14), and Closing (4/22) night parties, as well as two special events at the Hard Rock Café (4/20 & 4/21), which will need volunteers. Set up for the festival will be Sunday, April 11, from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Regal Green Hills Theaters downstairs.
